These cards are a great low budget card to get started in crypto mining or AI computing. They aren't too expensive like other cards, so when you plug things in incorrectly, or make a rookie mistake, it doesn't cost you 300$. That's why I say they are a great card for learning. They aren't going to make you a millionaire, and they don't have any cool lights or colors, but they will get you started. 

They can run quite a few algorithms. I've run Kawpow, PHI, Ghostrider, Zhash, Flux, Xelis, and many more. 

Coins like Raven, Harold, Bitoreum, BitcoinZ, Gemlink, CMS, and any other GPU mineable crypto currency. Right Now I’m using them to mine Zero, Ycash, and ANON on the equihash 197,2 algorithm. They can do about 1/3 of what a 5700xt can, but they cost 5-7 times less.
